Happiness: Happy swimmers always want to come swim!
Energy: Energy is contagious! What attitudes do you project?
Likeability: Kids will do whatever you say if they like being around you. Make them like you first!
Improvement: Progress is essential to maintain engagement with active learners. Make sure kids are challenged!
Organization: Productive lessons originate with a plan!
